Your data supports your integration. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, connect both systems, read the inventory you select, update your Zid store, and operate and secure the service.
How we protect it
Zid tokens and NewPoint connection details are encrypted at rest and handled on the server. Access is limited to authorized users and necessary service processes.
When data is shared
We send data to Zid only to perform actions you request. We may also use essential infrastructure providers or disclose information when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account or connection is active and only as long as needed for the service, security, or legal duties. Disconnecting stops future syncs but does not undo updates already sent to Zid.
Your choices
You can disconnect your store, change warehouse access, or request access, correction, or deletion through the NewPoint administrator who provided your account. Essential session, language, and appearance settings are used; there are no advertising trackers.
